CARVAE (Center for Advanced Research of Veracity, Alignment and Expression) is an non-profit organization dedicated to the study of veracity and alignment both in specific and intimate moments of the everyday as well as in their general and universal context.
Our topics of interest.
These are some of the lines of research planned for the period of 2018-2019:
- Body as a medium/vector of change (body as a way to promote change and, reversely, body as a medium through which cultural shifts can be detected)
- In-between moments, third spaces and cultural gray areas in constant flux
- Technical images and their role in cultural alignment and establishing high-level of veracity.
- Self and its expressive forms and their alignment to universal veracity
Our process
As a research organization, our focus is on gathering relevant data and its synthesis through finding relevant patterns. CARVAE also rigorously tests its findings through varied experiential methods – such as prototyping (both physical and meta-conceptual).
